Showed up for my appointment at 9:20 and didn’t get back until 3:30. Did lab work, saw nurse, saw doctor, got rest of staples out and then it was off to Glofil lab. That took 2 and 1/2 hours. However, I was very well hydrated and had to drink much less than most. All labs are great. Creatine in within a range. Potassium back to normal. The Glofil results were great. I was a 78. For reference point Keith was a 116 with both kidneys. So this is very, very good.
They have begun the Prednisone taper which will take 4 weeks to get to the level that will be my maintenance regimen. With this reduction I will have lower blood pressure and lower blood sugar.
So, all continues to go well.
Going out to dinner with Mom and Dad.
P.S.: WFAA Channel 8 out of Dallas came and interviewed me and will be on at 6 pm tonight.
