Congratulations! Krista and Caleb send their best wishes as well! What a wonderful and faithful God we serve. I read about your speaking plan, and think that is a wonderful way to encourage donating organs as well as share your testimony of God’s eternal love and his perfect plan when we seek His will.

Congratulations on your amazing progress. Kelly and I are praying fervently, with all of the saints at Park Avenue, that your healing continues to be as successful as these first few days. (When I was a kid, they kept people hospitalized longer for tonsilectomies and broken legs than for your transplant!) Your tremendous recovery is a testament to how well you have been taking care of your portion of the Holy Spirit’s temple. You are an encouragement to many. Keep your eyes and heart on the Master!

Yeah!! When Sheila told me you were not out yet late this afternoon, I was worried for the hospital staff. I am glad they are safe, and that you are free. Hope you sleep well tonight.

Scott — I’m glad everything has gone well!

Hooray! Free at last! And your apartment looks like it will be very comfortable. Now, what’s your favorite thing to eat (that I know how to make)? I haven’t been able to help in any way so far, but now that you’re more ‘accessible’, I’d like to do SOMEthing. You’re going to feel so much better and maybe you’ll even be hungry! I can DO cooking. Olan saw your Dad this morning – he was hard at work. And I know your Mom loves being there with you to help.
    Love to you both.

Awesome news! Hope you are settled and getting much needed rest from the poking and prodding. Absolutely yes on the speaking circuit. God’s hand has been so visible through all of this…no relation to Keith…come on…what are the odds??? Love the story in the Lawyer magazine….God’s plan is so much bigger than what any of us can imagine! Peace and mega-blessings for your continued progress!

  8. Sheri says:

Great News! I am sure you are so very glad to be “free” as you said! I hope you had a good evening and rest well tonight…then a great day tomorrow!

Will keep you in my prayers still for continued good reports and recovery!

If you talk to Sheila after you read this….tell her I said hello and I love her!

    Take care! Love you too!

    congrats!!!!
An answer to so many prayers!! I love your ideas for speaking about being a donor and yours is the perfect story to tell. You, Keith and your families have been an inspiration to so many! Praying that this week brings you more good reports and more energy. I know you are enjoying spending this time with your mom….all part of Gods plan. We will check in with Sheila and the girls. Enjoy your new pad!

Great news, Scott. Now maybe you can get some rest. Be patient with your progress. It may be 2 steps forward and one step back as your body reminds you not to do too much, too fast. Take care and we’ll talk to you soon.
